Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango OR 1 cup mango plus 1/4 cup ice
1 cup yogurt
2-3 cardamom pods or ground cardamom
Sweetener of choice, to taste
Directions
- Add frozen mango / mango and ice to blender. Pulse until mostly smooth.
- If using fresh cardamom pods, crush and add seeds (no shells) to blender. If using powder, add a pinch of cardamom powder to blender.
- Add sweetener to taste.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve over ice. Enjoy!
