Only 4 ingredients and 4 steps to whip up a cool summer drink!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango OR 1 cup mango plus 1/4 cup ice

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 2-3 cardamom pods or ground cardamom

  • Sweetener of choice, to taste

Directions

  • Add frozen mango / mango and ice to blender. Pulse until mostly smooth.
  • If using fresh cardamom pods, crush and add seeds (no shells) to blender. If using powder, add a pinch of cardamom powder to blender.
  • Add sweetener to taste.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve over ice. Enjoy!
